Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Ranch Hand. As a Ranch Hand, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the maintenance and care of our ranch. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting, operation of heavy equipment, and the ability to work with or around animals. There will also be a fair amount of welding assistance and the ability to learn on the job with various skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, loaders, and excavators for various ranch tasks
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed for ranch maintenance
- Assist with the repair and maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Utilize hand tools for various tasks around the ranch
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including barns, sheds, and storage areas
- Assist with growing operations in the greenhouse, including planting, watering, and harvesting
- Use power tools for construction projects and repairs

Skills:
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as tractors and loaders
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor in an outdoor environment
- Basic equipment repair skills for troubleshooting and fixing machinery issues
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various tasks around the ranch
- Ability to provide proper care for animals, including feeding and grooming
- Familiarity with power tools for construction projects and repairs
